3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

• The output quality will always meet specific hardware settings of individual third-party printer drivers.
• Our browser code will execute without unexpected interruptions on old or custom browser distributions.
• The metric conversions (e.g. inches to cm) will correspond exactly to the margin cutting limits of local printing shops (which vary by company cutting blades).

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4x6photo.com and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.

Specifically, we are not liable for any financial losses incurred at photo printing services (such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, or Shutterfly) due to incorrect sizing, margins, layout formatting, or user cropping mistakes. You are responsible for inspecting the output file dimensions prior to placing print orders.
